Good morning

Please find attached a copy of the Licence Agreement sent to all plotholders of the 3 allotment sites presently managed by this Council.

There has been no public consultation relating to the Agreement.

The Council is in the process of transferring the management of the 3 sites to the Winchester New Allotment Holders Society.

The cost of renting an allotment has been £0.09 per square metre since 2008 but it was increased to £4.40 per rod from 1st April this year to bring the charge in line with Winchester New Allotment Holders Society.

There is water at all 3 sites and the cost to the plotholder is included in the basic rent.

There has been no discount available for renting an allotment within this Council.

We have no records relating to the cost of waste removal.
