I received a reply, whereby they said they enclosed the information, however, if you read the e-mail there is no information. This may be because they sent the info as an attachment, and if so, this site may not be able to display attachments.
Could the site admin check to see if there was an attachment with the response I received? Thanks

I have viewed the raw email and can confirm there is no attachment.
This is probably a simple accidental mistake on the part of the freedom of information officer; hopefully they will soon respond with a new email with the information attached.
Regards,

They forgot to attach the file, which is no problem as it does happen. The person dealing with my request has responded quickly and I should receive the attached file later today. Once I receive the file, I'll get it posted on the site.

I received another quick response, this time with the attached file containing the information I was looking for. I have sent the attached file to the sites admin team to include it in the request. It was due to my mistake the attached file isn't automatically displayed on the site.

WhatDoTheyKnow.com now has been sent a copy of the council's response which was sent directly to the requestor. This response will be added to this thread below.
