I wish to request, under Freedom of Information the following
1. All email and paper correspondence between the Office of the
Prime Minister and the Chairman, Chief Executive and other
Directors of HBOS prior to and up to the date of the public
announcement that it was the subject of a take over bid from LLoyds
TSB (relating to the possible take over)
2. All email and paper correspondence between the Office of the
Prime Minster and the Chairman, Chief Executive and other Directors
of Lloyds TSB prior to and up to the date of the public
announcement that it was considering taking over HBOS (relating to
the possible take over)
