Mr Mark W Woods and Mrs Marika Graham-Woods owners of 15 Little
Gaddesden HP4 1PA and owners of Walnut Cottage HP4 1QJ request
copies of all documents held by the council and its officers
relating to the above named singly, or as a couple and the same for
both properties detailed above under the Freedom of Information

Dear Mrs Graham-Woods,
Further to your request I need to clarify what information you require before I can collate our response.
Do you require only information regarding the aforementioned properties? If so then we can proceed to process your request under the FoIA.
Or, do you require all information held by us with regard to yourself and Mr Woods? If so, then we will process the request under the Data Protection Act. Consequently we would require a fee of £10 payable to Dacorum Borough Council and we would also require the written consent of Mr Woods.
