Dear Lancashire Constabulary,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Lancashire
Constabulary's handling of my FOI request 'All complaints relating
to st annes cricket club'.
I fear that there may be a misunderstanding related to the way i
have worded my request and i wish to further explain my request as
follows:-
My intentions are not to gain information about an individual but
more whether there have been any noise complaints related to this
premises received by the police. the only details i would really
need is confirmation that there have been complaints about noise
received and how many. Dates of the complaints would be helpful but
it this is not essential to my request and i certainly do not wish
to have any personal details linked to any complaints.
The premise is not a residential premise linked to any one
individual and is in fact a club of which i am a neighbour and
member. I am concerned about the noise issues when functions are
held. The information is merely to state at a possible review of
the licence that there had been other complaints of a similar
nature.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Gareth Shaw
