Virginia Jackett made this Freedom of Information request to Cornwall Council
The request was partially successful.
From: Virginia Jackett
15 November 2011
Dear Cornwall Council,
Please release all the bids that have been received for all public
transport contracts over the last two years, not just the highest
and lowest bids for each contract.
Please also provide information as to why a particular operator was
awarded a contract if not the lowest bidder.
If a contract was not awarded, even though there were bids, what
was the reason for not awarding a contract.
What other criteria do you look for in a bid other than price when
considering contracts.
How many contracts have been affected by changes in policy or
subsidy
Yours faithfully,
Virginia Jackett
