Dear Pearce Derek,
I have received a reply to my FOI request. The reply was very late.
It required me to request an internal review and to complain
further beyond Haringey Council. You have now sent (with no
explanation for lateness) two emails sent in on or two days
previous to my request for information in the preceding 18 months.
Your own email clearly relates to an ongoing discussion with
Alexandra Palace "...we consider that these address many of the
concerns by the Enforcement Response team when investigating
complaintsnof noise etc". I presume that these concerns were
transmitted to the Palace so why have not the associated emails or
other records of communication been provided?
Yours sincerely,
C Driver

Dear C Driver
Thank you for your email to Derek Pearce, which has been referred to the Feedback and Information Governance Team.
You requested the following information:
'Can you please supply copy of all communication (telephone and email) between council and Alendra Palace Trading Ltd in the last eighteen months insofar as it concerns noise emanating from Palace events'
Therefore the dates for the 18 month period you requested information for was from 14.04.2010 - 14.10.2011.
You were provided with the correspondence for that period - two emails, dated 10 October 2011 and 13 October 2011. We apologise for the delay with your response.
I hope that the above is of assistance. If you wish to apply for an internal review of the information provided in your response or to complain about the way your request was handled then please contact us.
Yours sincerely

Dear Haringey Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Haringey Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Alexandra Palace Trading Ltd
Correspondence'.
You replied to my email to Mr Pierce requesting an internal review
simply by saying:
"You were provided with the correspondence for that period - two
emails, dated 10 October 2011 and 13 October 2011. We apologise for
the delay with your response.
I hope that the above is of assistance. If you wish to apply for an
internal review of the information provided in your response or to
complain about the way your request was handled then please contact
us."
I am contacting you and I would again like to ask for an internal
review on the grounds that you have clearly NOT given me all the
correspondence I requested as I explained in my previous request
for an internal review addressed to Mr.Pearce who is listed as a
main FOI contact.
You will recall that I explained that you must have left out some
correspondence as the emails that I received referred to earlier
material.
I am requesting an internal review on the basis that you have not
provided the full correspondence
Thank you,
C Driver
