Can you tell me through the Freedom Of Information act how much
Stirling Council has payed Albion Holiday lets in the last 5 years?

Can you tell me who this money actually goes to, ie,
directors.shareholders etc?

Can you tell me who it is that benefits from there stay at these
holiday lets? A full list please.

Is the money spent for these Holiday lets payed into Banks in the
UK or are they payed off shore?

There has been no payments to Albion Holiday Lets therefore section 17 ( Notice that information is not held) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 applies.

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request for information has been dealt with you are entitled to request a review of the actions and decisions made by the Council in relation to your request. You can, if you wish, ask informally for the reasoning behind the response, and if still dissatisfied you can request a formal review. In any case, your request for review must be in writing or some other permanent form stating your name and address for correspondence, and specifying the request for information to which your request for review relates and why you are dissatisfied with the response.

You must make your request for review not later than 40 working days after the expiry of the 20 working day period of response to your initial request by the Council or not later than 40 days after the receipt by you of the information provided, any fees notice issued or any notification of refusal or partial refusal.

It is a limited company.

It was homeless accommodation. My email of 13 December confirms that.

Is the money spent for these Holiday lets payed into Banks in the UK or
are they payed off shore?
