Dear Mr Griffin

In response to your Freedom of information request number 1240, in which
you asked the following questions

1. All aircraft noise complaints made to you between 2004-2010,year on
year.
2. Breakdown of the aircraft noise complaints per believed destination or
departure in London e.g. Heathrow, London City Airport aircraft.

I can confirm that a search for the information has been completed.

1. Please find attached a copy of the complaints have been logged
regarding noise from aircraft.
2. There is no information held regarding destinations or departures in
respect of these complaints.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your
request and wish to make a complaint or request a review of our decision,
you should write to Complaints Officer, Support Services Department, PO
Box 6, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6ER. If
you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply
directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the IC
cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure
provided by the Council. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
The Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliff House, Water Lane,
Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
