Dear Conwy Council,
I make this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
It is my understanding that Conwy County Borough Council is
responsible for the monitoring of the Air quality in the Borough of
Conwy.
I require the following information:
1. Frequency and locations of air quality tests since 2005 in
a)Llanddulas b)Conwy c) Llandudno
2. Quality of the Air using Air Pollution Index or Air Quality
Index since 2005 in Llandduas, including the emissions of major
aromatic VOC as Landfill Gas and other airborne pollutants.
3. The number of complaints to Conwy County Borough Council
regarding the odors produced at Llanddulas Landfill since 2005.
4. A list / document stating Conwy County Borough Council
acceptable air quality levels for a) Conwy b)Llandudno c)
Llanddulas.
5. Calibration certificates of air quality monitoring equipment
since 2008.
