Dear Department for Education,
I would like to request the following documents/materials:
1. The number of students who have passed through Aim Higher Summer
Schools since their inception.
2. The cost, per year, of the scheme.
3. The number of students who, having been on the scheme, have
progressed to university.
4. If possible, how many of those went to Russell Groups/Oxbridge.
5. The minutes of any meetings where cancellation of the scheme was
discussed.
6. The number of students per year, since 2000, from Comprehensive
schools and progressed to (i) Russell Group Universities (ii)
Oxbridge.
7. How much, as a percentage of the Department's Budget, the scheme
costs.
8. The cost to the Exchequer of the charitable status of private
schooling institutions.
