information you require within 20 working days if we have it and are able
to provide you with it.
If your enquiry is unclear to us, we will contact you to clarify which
information you require. If costs will be incurred by the Trust for
providing you with the information (postage, packing etc) or if it will
take staff in the Trust more than 18 hours to carry out the work required
to respond to your request we may need to charge you a fee. We will
inform you of this fee in writing.
If we find that according to the Act, the information you would like is
exempt from being made available, we will, where possible, inform you of
our reasons for this decision.

Following your request for information that we received on 16^th November
2011, and in line with the Freedom of Information Act (2000), the Trust
has carefully looked into matter but concluded that we are unable to
provide you with access to the recorded information
You requested the following information:

The Trust response is as follows:
The Trust looked into your request for information under the provisions of
the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and can confirm that there have been
no spend during the period January to September 2011 on any of the Agency
Radiographers, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists.
We understand that this is disappointing news for you, however if you wish
to discuss this matter further please email me on [1][email address].
After you have received your response from the Trust, and you are not
happy with the way in which we have dealt with your enquiry, please write
