This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Andrew Snowden to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Burnley Borough Council,

Please give details of any agreements relating to Section 106
(S106) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 that have been
entered into by the Council since 2004 to date.

For each agreement please give details of:

-The Parties withing that agreement

-Details of the permissions (developed or not) to which the
agreement relates

-The financial value of the agreement

-Details of how the money is to be spent, including location

-Dates for completion of the spend

-Amounts to be contributed by the council to the original project
(included in the original agreement or plans

-Details of any monies (with explanation) that the Council is
required to contribute retrospectively to complete any S106 project
(including contributions made due to inflation or changes to the
original project)

Thank you for the above request, and please accept my genuine apologies
for my late reply, due to an unfortunate combination of holidays, a
backlog of reassigned FOI requests and the transfer of key IT systems. I
do hope it hasn't caused you too much inconvenience; please see flies
attached which I trust answer your query. (Please note that the extract
from the database gives the prefix '12' in error to all application
numbers; the correct preface since 2001 is actually 'APP.' as in
APP/2004/0035)

In addition, you can view full details of the relevant planning
applications on our web pages at:

and as such, this data is exempt from the FOI Act as 'information already
available by other means.'

I can confirm that the Council have not made any financial contributions
to the completion of S106 projects, therefore no such data is held. I
trust this answers your query, and once again I apologise for the time
taken to reply
