leased by the Council in a property at Semley Place, Victoria, London.

Please provide a listing of all leases and agreements relating to the
occupancy of the flats and, in particular, any agreements relating to the
parking arrangements provided for the flat residents in the attached
multi-storey car park.

The listing should include all agreements since 1980 and show:
a) the parties to each agreement
b) the date of each agreement
c) an outline of the nature of each agreement
