A Freedom of Information request to Vale Royal Borough Council by Trevor R Nunn

Trevor R Nunn

13 October 2008

Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like a list of outstanding agreements between Vale Royal
Borough Council and developers/third parties on the Rookery rise
development that concern any of the land/properties between Fern
way and Firtree and form part of the estate known as Rookery Rise.

Clarification:

By agreement I mean any agreement between the council and a
developer/third party which includes but is not limited to section
106, 278 and 38 agreements.

By outstanding I mean those agreements in which the terms and
conditions have not yet been met.

You can exclude agreements between owner occupiers of any of the
properties concerned.

Yours faithfully,

Trevor R Nunn

I recently received a full response to this request via a private email. It would appear Vale Royal Borough Council are keen to minimise the effectiveness of this website site by ignoring public FOI requests until the person has contacted them directly to complain. At which time they respond directly rather than via this public website. Just what have Vale Royal Borough Council got to hide??
