Dear Sir or Madam,
Please could you provide copies of the site plans agreed by the
council (ie as part of the planning permission) for the Redenham
Homes development VIE in Chesterton.
If possible I would appreciate these in an editable electronic
format.
Yours faithfully,
Ian Manning

Dear Mr Manning,
I have spoken with the planning officer involved with the VIE
development. He advises me that there are approximately 200 drawings in
the application, most of them being A1 @ £3.40 each, or A0 @ £4.80, in
size and cost.
We are unable to produce them electronically for you.
Perhaps it would be helpful for you to come and view the file and it's
drawings and let us know which ones you have selected to be copied.
Yours sincerely
Karen Lumb.

Dear Karen Lumb,
Thank you very much for your response.
Yes given the number of drawings, it is definitely best I come in
and view the file! Could you let me know where I would need to go
and what times I could view them? As I work lunchtimes, early
morning (0730-0900) or later afternoon (4-6pm) would be most
convenient for me.
Again, thank you for your help
Yours sincerely,
Ian Manning

Minor edit, I don't work *on lunchtimes* that was meant to read "as
I work, the times that would be best would be lunchtimes, ..." etc

Sorry for the tardy response Karen, I've been away.
I'm going to come over on Wednesday, aiming for 1615. Please let me
know if that is ok with you? I just need to confirm with one other
and then that will be definite.

Hi,
That will be fine - although bear in mind that we close at 5.00pm.
This may mean that we wont have time to do any copying whilst you are here but once you have selected which ones you want, we can copy them and post them to you.
Karen.
