Dear Mr Bradley,

I refer to your FOI request which has been passed to me.

The Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, 23^rd June 2011 and at the
moment, is scheduled to start at 2.00pm and held in the Authority's
offices. This may be subject to change, however and I would direct you to
the Authority's website in this regard.
