Dear Pembrokeshire Council,

Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Pembrokeshire
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Agenda 21'.

[ On the PDF Document 'Pembrokeshire Community Plan 2010-2025'(1912
Phillips Info 1.pdf), it seems that they have incorrect
information. On page 14 of this document, they seem to think that
Co2 is responsible for the warming of the planet. Incorrect.

Here is some information I am sure they are not aware of:

'Because global warming has been discredited, it is now referred to
as climate change, climate disruption and the greenhouse effect.

Many people may not realize that water vapour (H2O) accounts for
97% of all greenhouse gases and human activity contributes only a
fraction of 1% to greenhouse gas emissions. Yet there is alarmism
over how much carbon humans emit. Temperature drives CO2 levels. If
it was beneficial to reduce carbon, limiting human carbon emissions
would have no effect because human carbon emissions are so
minuscule. Other gases like methane, nitrous oxide, ozone, etc. are
not major greenhouse gases.

According to Dr. Michael Coffman, and over 30,000 other scientists,
carbon dioxide (CO2) is essential for life on Earth. All plants
must have it to produce food for themselves. At the current
atmospheric concentrations, CO2 is limiting to plant growth.
Currently, CO2 levels are about 387 ppm, and even if the levels
increased by 500%, it would benefit agriculture and the Earth’s
atmosphere without any harm to humans or other animal life. The
consensus that CO2 is harmful and that the science is “settled” is
false.'

This is a document and many more thousands exist throughout the
world. Scientists with over 9,000 Ph d's. These guys know a thing
or two about the way the climate works. There is no coincidence
that all the other planets in the solar system are undergoing
changes in temperature like planet earth right know, is this
because little aliens are polluting the planets with their
spaceships ....no, I think we both know this.

What could be the sole reason for making the entire solar system
heat up, maybe the one that's called the Sun.

This guy is a Climate Expert, unlike a lot of scientist's on the
board of the UN IPCC. Whom created this $???,???,???,???,???.??
hoax.

What a way, to get the public to admit that they are the one's
responsible for causing future cataclysmic events. What a joke!

Then take their freedom, abuse them with new 'carbon taxes', make
them feel really guilty that they are the ones responsible. What a
Joke!

So you can see my complaint is here and it would be great if you
could also speak to the relevant governmental departments whom
decide to perform one of the biggest hoax's mankind has ever
witnessed.
