schedules for recruitment of Housing management professionals to
Peterborough City Council

2. all agencies on the In house PSL contract for the supply of Estate
management Officers, housing officers, housing managers, senior housing
managers, Rent arrears Officers, rent arrears managers, rent arrears
managers, Anti-social behaviour Officers, anti-social behaviour managers,
Lettings Officers, Voids Officers, Leasehold, Shared ownership sales and
marketing officers, Home ownership officers and managers Customer services
officers, Tenant involvement officers, floating support workers, floating
support managers, Hostel/Project workers, Hostel/Project Managers,
Sheltered scheme managers, housing advisors, housing options officers,
homelessness officers, Any consultants or interim candidates used for
projects or temporary roles (referred to from now as "housing management
professionals") to Peterborough City Council

3. All agencies currently supplying Peterborough City Council with housing
management professionals

4. The total number of Housing management professionals Currently working
on an agency basis at Peterborough City Council

5. The number and grade of Housing management professionals Currently
working on an agency basis at Peterborough City Council by Supplier

6. The number of Housing management professionals Currently working on an
agency basis at Peterborough City Council by Department

7. The pay and agency charge rate of each Housing management professional
currently working on an agency basis at Peterborough City Council by
department

8. The budget for Housing management professional Recruitment through

Dear Sir,

Your request for information has now been considered and the information
requested is given below.

1. A copy of the In house PSL, "Neutral Vendor", contract and fee
schedules for recruitment of Housing management professionals to
Peterborough City Council

Please see the attachment FOI-10-0281-1. Please note that Peterborough
City Council does not keep specific fee schedules relating to specific
roles, only percentage mark-up details which the Council believes are
commercial sensitive. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act
2000 this correspondence acts as a Refusal Notice. The exemption applies
because under Section 43 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the
disclosure of this information is likely to prejudice commercial
interests.

The Council has had no need for Housing Management professionals since the
transfer of all of the housing stock to Cross Keys Homes in October 2004;
consequently there is has been no budget for such recruitment since the
transfer.

9. The budget for Housing management professional Recruitment through
agencies at Peterborough City Council for 2010-2011

Nil. Please see question 8 above.

10. The total spend on Housing management professional Recruitment through
agencies at Peterborough City Council for the last 12 months
