senior housing managers, Rent arrears Officers, rent arrears
managers, rent arrears managers, Anti-social behaviour Officers,
anti-social behaviour managers, Lettings Officers, Voids Officers,
Leasehold, Shared ownership sales and marketing officers, Home
ownership officers and managers
Customer services officers, Tenant involvement officers, floating
support workers, floating support managers, Hostel/Project workers,
Hostel/Project Managers, Sheltered scheme managers, housing
advisors, housing options officers, homelessness officers, Any
consultants or interim candidates used for projects or temporary
roles (referred to from now as "housing management professionals")
to Maldon District Council

3. All agencies currently supplying Maldon District Council with
housing management professionals

4. The total number of Housing management professionals
Currently working on an agency basis at Maldon District Council

5. The number and grade of Housing management professionals
Currently working on an agency basis at Maldon District Council by
Supplier

New advice service in Burnham

On the last Thursday of every month officers from the Council are available at "One Place" in the High, Street, Burnham between 10am-12.30pm to assist with Housing or Revenues (Council Tax, Benefits, Business Rates) related queries.
