7. If this is refers to an advertising contract, it is due to expire
in October 2012 and it currently sits with TMP.
8. The Council has introduced an e-business portal (known as The

forthcoming contract opportunities for Stockport and other Councils in the
North West from one place.
Businesses and other organisations interested in supplying goods and
services can register to receive e-mail alerts for all relevant contract
opportunities on the day they are advertised.
Suppliers can register online via the supplier’s area to receive
notification of all contract opportunities relevant to your particular
business interests from as few or as many authorities in the North West as
you have expressed an interest in supplying.
The new electronic procurement portal allows suppliers to request details
of contract opportunities at their convenience.
The portal is a secure site and you will receive an e-mail notification
that your submission has been received and please note there is no charge
for using this service.
