I acknowledge your request for information received on 13th December 2011.

 

Your request is being considered and you will receive the information
requested within the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by
the Freedom of Information Act 2000, subject to the information not being
exempt or containing a reference to a third party.

 

If appropriate, the information may be provided in paper copy, normal font
size. If you require alternative formats, e.g. language, audio, large

For your information, the Act defines a number of exemptions which may
prevent release of the information you have requested. There will be an
assessment and if any of the exemption categories apply then the
information will not be released. You will be informed if this is the

I apologise for the delay in responding to your request. Due to the recent
restructure of various departments undertaken by the Council, I needed to
ensure the information provided is as accurate as possible.

 

Your request for information has now been considered and the information
is attached. The rest is provided below.

 

1. Provide the numbers of qualified social workers supplied through
recruitment agencies, analysed by Children and Adult services.

    Answer: Children’s – 5.  Adults - 3

    

2. Provide information on the number of in house residential units, day
care centres and supported living settings currently using agency care /
support workers, their locations, also analysed by Children’s and Adult
Services

    Answer:  Please see spreadsheet of locations attached. (Location data)

 

3. Advise which of question 2 are expected to be closed in 2012?

    Answer - None

 

4. Provide an organogram showing the Social Services Departments within
the Council
