FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002
I am sorry for the slight delay in my reply, however, I can now confirm
East Lothian Council’s expenditure on Social Care agency staff:
· Children’s Services: £70,893.80
· Adult Social Care: £404,337.97
As requested, these figures are from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010
and exclude administrators.
If you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled or with
the information we have provided, you are entitled to request that we
undertake an internal review. We must receive such a request within 40
working days of the date of this notice. A request to review our decision
must be in writing (e-mail is acceptable) or another permanent format. We
will then have 20 working days from the date we receive your request in
order to complete our review and give you our decision. The review will
be conducted by the Chief Executive or another official nominated by him.
