Agency spend for AHP

Dear Mr Tinker,

Thank you for your request for Information, received at this office on 8th
March 2011.

Your request will now be considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days as defined by the Act (in this
case by 5^th April 2011), subject to the information not being exempt or
containing a reference to a third party. In some circumstances Pennine
Care NHS Foundation Trust may be unable to achieve this deadline. If this
is likely you will be informed and given a revised time-scale at the
earliest opportunity.

There may be a fee classed as the `appropriate limit' for the retrieval,
collation and provision of the information you request. For Public
Authorities the `appropriate fee' is £450. The Trust is not obliged
to request that a fee is paid and therefore the information may not be
able to be provided. If this is the case you will be informed.

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to
another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest
possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.

Dear Mr Tinker,

This is to inform you that as a Specialist Mental Health Trust we do not
employ Speech & Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dieticians,
Radiographers, Sonographers and Occupational Therapists. We do however
employ Pharmacists and the total agency spend for the period January 2010
to December 2010 is £26,249.

This request is now complete and shall be closed immediately.
