Further to your request for information relating to spend by Children’s
Centres on agency staff .I can confirm that only some of this information
is held centrally. Children’s Centres are not required to use the
Council’s financial system or indeed to separate payments to agency staff
from payments to other staff. To extract the information would necessitate
checking each invoice and even then would only provide a partial response
.Accordingly the council considers this information is exempt from release
under Sections1and 12 of the Freedom of Information Act( information not
held and cost of compliance exceeds the appropriate limit).You may however
