Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT)
officially disengaged from NHS Professionals (NHSP) on the 30/06/2010 with
the inception of the In House Bank (IHB) on the 01/07/2010. Therefore we
are only able to provide accurate centralised Nursing & Midwifery + Admin
& Clerical reporting data from this period.
The Medical & Dental staff group had previously been managed centrally via
the locum team so we are able to provide data for this. The Allied Health
Professional + Scientific Therapies & Technical Staff Groups were fully
centralised via the IHB on the 01/04/2011.
All Agency Costing Information is exclusive of V.A.T where applicable. All
Bank Costing Information is exclusive of on costs such as Pension &
National Insurance.
IHB Bank costings relate to Bank Only Staff that are recruited as a
registrant directly with the In House Bank, & Substantive Staff engaging
in additional activity via a Secondary Bank assignment.
The Trust policy is to only use agencies approved via the London
Procurement Programme (LPP) and on their framework, using their standard
terms and conditions. Individual arrangements with these agencies are
considered commercially sensitive and any request for contract terms
should be directed to LPP. In exceptional circumstances, the Trust may
engage with a non-framework subject to individually agreed, confidential
terms and conditions.
Below dataset is for the period 01/07/2010 – 30/09/2011.
I trust this will conclude your request, but please contact me if you have
any outstanding queries.
The NHS Trust values feedback from our applicants regarding their
satisfaction with the FOI response and the service they receive, as such
we would appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete and return the
attached questionnaire.
Yours sincerely,
Susan Bateman, Data Protection Officer/Freedom of Information Lead
