May I firstly apologies for the amount of time taken in responding to your
FOI request dated 5^th December 2011. I have attached a covering letter
that explains our complaints procedure should you be dissatisfied with any
aspect of this FOI request.

In response to your original request I have been able to obtain
information for which I have copied below. If you have any further queries

The agency spend was nil between Jan 2011 and Oct 2011 for the following
departments; Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Speech and Language
