Dear Harrow Borough Council,

I am interested in the amounts paid by every Pupil Referral
Unit/Short stay schools in Harrow to third parties in relation to
temporary agency staffing cover. My
hope is to receive an electronic breakdown of amounts paid
through the department's purchase ledger by school for the period
of Sept – Dec 2011.

Please can you supply the following information in an excel spread
sheet format:-

Referral unit name – URN or DFE number – agency/supplier name –
total amount paid

Thank you for your request for information that was received on 10

I am interested in the amounts paid by every Pupil Referral
Unit/Short stay schools in Harrow to third parties in relation to
temporary agency staffing cover. My
hope is to receive an electronic breakdown of amounts paid
through the department's purchase ledger by school for the period
of Sept * Dec 2011.

Please can you supply the following information in an excel

We will deal with your request under the Freedom of Information Act
2000.  Please clarify the period which your request covers as it is
unclear which year September refers to.  Once we receive this
clarification we will process your request.
In some case, a fee may be payable. If we decide a fee is payable, we will
send you a fee notice and we will require you to pay the fee before
proceeding with your request.
 
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 may restrict the release of some or
all of the information you have requested. We will carry out an assessment
and if any exemptions apply to some or all of the information then we
might not provide that information to you. We will inform you if this is
the case and advise you of your rights to request an internal review and
to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Thank you for your remail of 16 March 12 in which you clarify your request
for information that was originally received on 10 February 2012
concerning the amounts paid by every Pupil Referral Unit/Short stay
schools in Harrow to third parties in relation to temporary agency
staffing cover for the period of Sept 2011 to Dec 2011.

We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and we aim to send a response by 17 April 2012 (which is 20 working days
beginning on the first working day after the date we received
clarification of your request).
