Dear Birmingham City Council,

I am interested in the amounts paid by each school in Birmingham
LEA to third parties in relation to temporary agency staffing
cover. My
hope is to receive an electronic breakdown of amounts paid
through the department's purchase ledger by school
The information I require for each school is: School Name;
Supplier name and total amount paid.
4. I would like the information to cover since September 2011,
along with the breakdown of the name of the supplier and the amount
paid to each supplier.

Dear Francesca

I am writing in respect of your recent enquiry for information held by the
Authority under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000:

I am interested in the amounts paid by each school in Birmingham LEA to
third parties in relation to temporary agency staffing cover.  My  hope is
to receive an electronic breakdown of amounts paid through the
department's purchase ledger by school.   The information I require for
each school is: school name; supplier name and total amount paid.  I would
like the information to cover since September 2011, along with the
breakdown of the name of the supplier and the amount paid to each
supplier.

Please find herewith the following:

As with your other similar request the work to provide this data would
drastically exceed the cost threshold for free provision of data under the
terms of the Freedom of Information Act therefore we are unable to provide
what has been requested.

Provision of the data would take a similar amount of time to the previous
request, which was calculated at approximately 66 days.

Whilst we have undertaken a thorough search of the information held by
Birmingham City Council, it may be that, due to the size and amount of
information held by Birmingham City Council, some information may have
been inadvertently missed.

If you have any information which may assist us in determining or locating
any missed information, we would be grateful if you would contact us with
details of this information, so that we can conduct a further search.

If you are not satisfied with the response you may ask for an internal
review. If subsequently you are not satisfied with the Council***s
decision you may apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision.
