Dear Isle of Anglesey Council,
Please provide the following information about the affordable
housing plots at nant y pandy llangefni
Of the plots offered how many have now sold
Of those sold how many paid off the deferred charge withing
1 year
2 years
3 years
How many of the people who were sold a plot
work for the council
declared an interest of being related to someone who works in the
council
declared an interest of being related to counsillor
How many of the people previously owned a council or tai yreri
house sold the house then were sold an addordable housing plot
Has the council ever investigateded why some people sold an
affordable housing plot should not have been given affordable
housing for example if they have not declared savings
How many plots are remaining not sold and what does the council
plan to do with these
What evidence or studies has the council used when it decided that
selling plots would help people who cannot afford their own home
and how it did it decide that thus would be better a solution than
simp;ly beuilding more councill houses surely to buy a plot and
then find money to build a house you must already have money saved
