Dear Mr Taylor

Thank you for your letter dated 7^th September requesting information*.
Please find attached copies of documentation as requested:

1. E-mail trail between the Peak District National Park Authority,
Derbyshire County Council, the Environment Agency and the National
Trust.
2. Copy of relevant section of the minutes from the National Trust and
Peak District National Park Liaison meeting dated 29^th April 2010,
which discusses the Dovedale Stepping Stones.

You will note that certain information has been redacted from the
documents. This information falls into a category of exemption referred to
in the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as follows:

a) Personal data, such as telephone numbers/e-mail
addresses/signatures - this would breach Section 40 of the Freedom of
Information Act which exempts the release of personal data within the
meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998.
