1. HOW MANY ADVERSE POSSESSION LAND CLAIMS IN THE BOROUGH which
have BEEN LODGED VIA LAND REGISTRY AS possessory titles or absolute
TITLES GIVEN IN THE LAST TEN YEARS in the watford Boroughgh area
I HAVE ALREADY ASKED THE LAND REGISTRY..THEY HAVE SAID WATFORD
COUNCIL WILL HAVE THIS INFORMATION

do not hold any information in relation to adverse possession
requests/applications related to land in which the council has no legal
interest (even if it is within the borough of Watford). We would have
expected the Land Registry to hold this information..
If you are seeking information limited to land that Watford
Borough Council owns or has/had an interest in (in the last ten years)
then we will consider the request in that context. We would be grateful
if you could clarify, in light of the above, whether you still wish for us
to consider your request, and if so, also clarify the extent of the
information you are requesting.
