Dear Lincolnshire County Council,
This request for information relates to the most recent
advertisements(40047389 and 40039800) placed on your website for
the above jobs in Children’s Services. Please respond in relation
to each vacancy and location within the county. If applicants do
not specify a preferred location please include a response for
Unspecified.
1. How many applications did you receive?
2. How many had less than two years post-qualification social work
experience?
3. How many had more than two years post-qualification social work
experience but less than four years?
4. How many had at least four years post-qualification experience?
5. How many were shortlisted for interview?
6. How many attended interview?
7. How many were offered jobs and what were their profiles in terms
of experience?
8. What percentage of those offered jobs accepted offers that were
made?
A response to 1 - 5 can be sent initially with 6 - 8 following
after interviews etc.
