Thank you for contacting St.Helens Council. Your email has been given the
reference STHCC181876
There are two specific teams dealing with elderly care within the Adult
Social Care and Health Dept. In addition there are a group of ASCH Care
Managers who are currently seconded to 5 Boroughs Partnership NHS
Foundation Trust as part of the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team,
but remain employed by us. In all this makes 3 teams.
Older Persons Team 1
Older Persons Team 2
are both located at Waterside Court, St Helens, WA9 1UE
Older Persons Community Mental Health Team
is located at The Stewart Unit, Peasley Cross Hospital, Marshalls Cross
Road, St Helens, WA9 3DA
