Adult Social Care Consultation

Dear Camden Borough Council,

Hello

Please can I have copies of the original returned adult social care
consultation responses in respect of the proposals for charges to
their services.

I understand that a report of the outcome is likely to be posted on
the internet. Please do not direct me here via Section 21 or
Section 22 as this is not what I am seeking.

I would also like copies of all draft reports produced as a result
of the consultation based upon the original responses.

If you feel that this request would exceed the the feedom of
information act cost limit, please refine my request by removing
remove draft reports.

I would like as much information as possible within the cost limit
and primarily the original returned consultation responses.

Although I'm sure you're aware, I would like to remind you of the
Individual Criminal Liability under Section 77 of the Act if
information is intentionally altered, blocked, concealed, erased,
defaced, destroyed or concealed. Any scheduled destruction should
be halted.

Dear Peter Williams,

I refer to B - Consultation on the adult social care savings
programme.

I am seeking as much information as possible within the appropriate
limit as per your Section 16 duty to advise and assist plus the
code of practice under Section 45 of the act.

The 1500+ responses have likely been collated into a summary or
spreadsheet. Please provide me with a copy of that summary or
spreadsheet and all draft versions of that summary or spreadsheet.
