Adult social care

Dear Leicester City Council,

I would like to request the following under the freedom of
information act.

please send down a breakdown of fees paid by the council for adults
in social care, this is to include all service user types. please
also provide the name of the service or company who benefited from
the payment.

Dear Karen Mosley,

I thank you for your clarification letter and respond as follows:
1. by using the term adults, i mean the over 18's I accept that
this may be two different categories in regard to social care, so
yes I am looking for the data for both the 18 to 65 age group and
the over 65's.

2. by the phrase Adults in Social Care, then I mean adults housed
in a social care facility that is not there own home, so a nursing
home, a residential home or any other social care facility that
serves the age groups of 18 to 65 and 65's and over.

3. I would like the period to show the financial year to April
2011, if there is a fee change then please show up to the fee
change as one set of fees and then post any change to the end of
the tax year.

4 Please show gross fees.

5. please show the name of service and the gross fees paid to that
service by the council

In regard to your request as to the reason behind my request, I am
doing a private study in regard to fees in adult social care.
