How many allocated cases are there in adult care?
How many unallocated cases are there in adult care?
How many ‘held’ cases are there in adult care.
What is the ratio of adult care cases to each social worker.

What is the average time between referral for a service and
assessment of needs
What is the average time between referral and provision of the
necessary service.

What is your total adult care budget for 2009-2010
What proportion of this is spent providing care in the community
through Direct Payments or Individual Budgets.
What proportion of this is spent on residential care provision.

What is the average length of time for provision of aids.
What is the average length of time for provision of adaptations.

How many of these are working with disabled people under 60? 528
How many adults are you providing some sort of community care service to in total? 7349
How many allocated cases are there in adult care? 6749
How many unallocated cases are there in adult care? 482
How many 'held' cases are there in adult care. 3789 (interpreted this as cases held within our reviewing team)
What is the ratio of adult care cases to each social worker. Approx 25 per worker this varies across different type of workers

What is the average time between referral for a service and assessment of needs 67% within 28 days
What is the average time between referral and provision of the necessary service. 98% within 28 days

What is your total adult care budget for 2009-2010 - Total budget for 3rd party expenditure on residential care, day care, domiciliary care and direct payments is £61,101,450
What proportion of this is spent providing care in the community through Direct Payments or Individual Budgets. 3.7% but will significantly increase over the next 12 months
What proportion of this is spent on residential care provision. 45%

What is the average length of time for provision of aids. 99% within 7 days
What is the average length of time for provision of adaptations. 2.5 weeks minor adaptations, 12 weeks major adaptations
