Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to know what proportion of the adult social care
budget is spent keeping people in residential care.
What proportion of the adult social care budget is spent on the
provision of care in the community.
Why some people in Birmingham can still not get Direct Payments for
care and how many people this applies to.
