Dear Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I would request the following information in the following format
:-
Within the Trust, during the three month period ended on 31
December 2011 –
How many adult domiciliary care requests were presented for funding
approval at the “critical” level of eligible needs, in accordance
with Circular HSS (ECCU) 2/2008:Regional Access Criteria For
Domiciliary Care?
What percentage of those requests that were presented for funding
approval at the “critical” level of eligible needs received a
domiciliary care service meeting the main components of their care
needs within PFA target times under the PSA18 Delivery framework?
How many adult domiciliary care requests were presented for funding
approval at the “substantial” level of eligible needs, in
accordance with Circular HSS (ECCU) 2/2008:Regional Access Criteria
For Domiciliary Care?
What percentage of those requests that that were presented for
funding approval at the “substantial” level of eligible needs
received a domiciliary care service meeting the main components of
their care needs within PFA target times under the PSA18 Delivery
Framework?
