INFORMATION REQUESTED UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000
Following your recent request for the supply of information relating to
continuing healthcare costs, which was acknowledged on 15^th July 2010,
this letter is to inform you of the progress made with your request.
Our response is as follows:-
The Department of Health expects PCT's to achieve a 3.5% efficiency on all
contracts. As a result, in order to achieve this efficiency, no
inflationary uplift was therefore given.
If you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled by the
PCT or you have other concerns, you have the right to appeal and request a
review of our decision, you should write to:

If following your review you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your
