Following your recent request for the supply of information relating to
applications for continuing health care, which was acknowledged on 3^rd
November 2010, this letter is to inform you of the progress made with your
request.

The information you requested is detailed below:

o How many applications for continuing health care have been made in
2010 and how many were accepted.

The figures detailed below are from 1^st January 2010 to 30^th September
2010.

231 applications have been received and 128 of these cases were eligible
for funding.

If you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled by the
PCT or you have other concerns, you have the right to appeal and request a
review of our decision, you should write to:

If following your review you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your
appeal, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner Officer

Rochdale.
