Dear Dorset County Council,

I refer to the ongoing Adult & Community Services Day Services
Consultation

1. Given that any effective option appraisal relies on consultation
with service providers to gauge likely savings and appetite for
taking on servicers, please provide a list of all providers
consulted with to date

2. Of the providers spoken to thus far, please provide a breakdown
of which are LATC, Social Enterprise, Private Company

3. Please provide details of the number of meetings held with each
named organisation

4. Please provide copies of the set of minutes for the last meeting
held with each of these providers

5. Please provide copies of minutes from the last meetings where
the day services options have been discussed

6. What consultation has been undertaken with service users of
existing services provided by private companies and what was the
outcome of that consultation (please provide copies of responses)

7. Have there been any incidents of health and safety breach or
abuse in any of the locations managed by a third party provider
with whom you are consulting?

8. Please provide a copy of the outline business case or similar
document in which detailed costings and assumptions for each option
are provided.
