ADS =Active Denial System records/logs of deployment against public

Dear Strathclyde Police,

I understand that if you decide to deploy and use against "unruly"
members of the public a portable, installed in a van without
external antennas or Police logos, an ADS =Active Denial System
,Public order weapon, you got a duty to log and record the date,
time, place and target of use.

My question:
1. Do your records show that you own a portable ADS in years
1999-2000 already or did you get the use of one and do your records
show that you blasted a Scottish male resident of PA15, Greenock in
those 2 years?

2. Do your records show that you had the use or ownership of an ADS
and you deployed it and blasted a ML11, South Lanark female
resident in year 2009?

3.From now on, what will you do if a resident of Paisley or
Strathclyde in general, gets blasted with an ADS? Will you use
truth and integrity and arrange for the victim to go with family
members to HPA= Health Protection Agency Glasgow to measure his
storage in watts per kilo which will show if ADS attack was in fact
done or not on the target. Or, will you keep pretending "there is
no possible proof" for ADS attacks and tell Police and NHS to
section the victim and force antipsychotics so that combined with
the high electricity storage which causes malignant blood pressure
the target gets a stroke or brain bleeding or general poisoning?

Please answer promptly showing what records you hold for deployment
of Raytheon ADS and also whether you are in touch by Policy with
the HPA for Health and Security purposes.

This question is linked with my question re filing for torture, ADS
is not a torture weapon, its a blast equal to a car bomb in terms
of shock to target, but ownership and records of use are in the
public interest and a deciding factor if the Police can be trusted
to be unbiased in fact checking for torture allegations.
