Dear Office of Communications,
Under the Communications Act 2003 a provider of telecommunications
services must have an approved code of practice and ADR in place at
all times.
Can Ofcom provide the following for 2007, 2008 and 2009:
1. How many complaints/reports has Ofcom received about CSP not
having an approved ADR?
2. How many complaints/reports has Ofcom received about CSP not
having an approved CoP?
3. The number of Telecommunications Providers who Ofcom have
contacted about their not having an ADR or CoP in place
