Dear Southern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following:
a) do the trust have a set figure or set percentage of children who
they must have for adoption each year
b)are they any financial sanctions within the trust for missing
adoption targets - provide copies off all related documents
c)are there any financial benefits for achieve adoption targets
within the Trust - provide copies off all related documents.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST
