Dear Melizza

I have logged your request with the FOI Team and they will respond
within 20 working days. Your reference number is 1217651. As you put
in 2 requests, one from November 2006 and one from 2006 I only put
through the last one as it would cover both periods. I hope this is
useful.

With kind regards

Dear Ms Moore

Thank you for your email of 21st June 2010, where you requested
information about Adoptions.

From our preliminary assessment, it is clear that we will not be able to
answer your request without further clarification.

The Children Social Care team requires further information in order to
identify and locate the information you have asked for. In particular, it
would be useful to know if you mean - 'placed for adoption' or for whom
Adoption Orders have been made?

Once you have clarified your request, I will be able to begin to process
your request. If I do not receive clarification within three months your
request will be considered to have lapsed. (Under section 1(3) of the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), a public authority need not comply with
a request unless any further information reasonably required to locate the
information is supplied).

Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future
communications.

Yours sincerely

Dear Michele Weaver

The answer to that question that needs clarification is BOTH.
Because obviously there has be a care order, then placement order
for there to be a Adoption to be carried out.
But in this case I do actually mean children that have been adopted
against their parents wishes and definitely without their consent

Yours sincerely,

Melizza Moore
