Dear Ms Moore,
I write to advise you that the Council has attempted to post its
response to your request by email on a number of occasions. It
appears that the response to your request has not been received by
the website, possibly because the Council's emails are not being
accepted by the website. Our ICT Service assures me that the emails
were sent by the Council. The administrators of the WDTK.com
website have been advised about this issue. We hope that this issue
can be resolved soon.
I have posted this response through the website and not through the
email address supplied by WDTK.com.
I regret that technical issues have hindered the provision of
information that you have requested in line with your rights.
Sincerely,
Huw Pierce Pritchard Corporate Information Officer

have you followed this up - it seems ACC dont give out any information when asked
Sophie Rises (Account suspended) left an annotation (27 January 2011)
They cannot provide the information because you might be able to identify the children because numbers are small??? That's really interesting. When I have been asking information about children who are permanently placed Local Authorities tell me it will cost me £600 for the information because it means going through lots of files!!! I am only asking about 1 year!!
questions need answering for sure - There is too much secrecy in this industry.
Melizza Moore left an annotation (28 January 2011)
I found that a LOT of the same response as well Sophie, so my deduction of this to be inferred from this response is that they know full well the ordinary individual does not have this kind of money unless they are a government body is that they are indeed "covering up the something you wish that information for". So I leave that rational with the local authority to see all over the internet to deny. For the entire world to see.

I note that Anglesy Council is telling you that the Foi site isn't accepting its emails. It told me that as well - via the Foi Site!
After I pointed this out to them - they got an answer to me question through.
