Dear Ms Moore

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REF: 2010-379

I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 11 June 2010 for information held by the Council. You
requested:

I would like to know how many children have been forcibly adopted (without
parental consent) since the November 2006.

23 RBKC looked after children have been adopted under placement orders
since November 2006.

Placement orders have been made by the courts following proceedings where
all parties have been represented and the court has found that placement
for adoption is in the child's best interest.

How much did the LA get for every adopted kid?
And were the parent/s allowed in the Court room or have being 'represented' by foul ill judging social rankers?

Not sure of the exact figure, but I can get the information somehow I am certain. I do know it runs into THOUSANDS. I did hear on the quiet that it is as much as twenty five grand , maybe more. What you got to remember is that Cafcass state they are independant from the local authority that is intent on removing the child/ren. Which is utter hogwash if you go on their website. It clearly states that they are an adoption agency. Barnado's is a 'charity', it states, but if you look between the lines, why does it's spokesman Martin Narey take a HUGE salary almost 300 thousand pounds annually. This is also a cleverly disguised adoption agency. And most of the Judges are very PRO adoption too. Makes you wonder who really benefits from this dosen't it?

Parents are represented by their legal team, if they are really consulted. I do indeed have the research that says that in the cases of people with 'mental illness' ....... Look on the FOI for HULL. The crazy thing is that these parents and families think their family panel solicitor is on their side. But once Cafcass have had their say, the Judge goes on their oppinion. That is how it all works.
