Dear Ms Moore
Your FOI request submitted to Scarborough Borough Council has been passed on to us, as we are responsible for Social Care in that area. However, you have already submitted the same request directly to North Yorkshire County Council, so we are already processing your request for the county of North Yorkshire as a whole, of which the borough of Scarborough is a part. We will reply to you within 20 working days of receipt regarding the figures for NYCC.
