REQUEST FOR INFORMATION UNDER THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000
(‘The Act’)

and concerning children forcibly adopted against parental consent and
wishes since 2006.
Please be advised that this information is not held at Elmbridge
Borough Council. Surrey County Council may hold the information you are
seeking because they are the Education Authority for the Elmbridge
area.
If you have not already done so, you may wish to submit your request
directly to Surrey County Council at the following address:
